By default, adding or updating an event will return the calendar to the current month.
Turning on the Month Lock will refresh the calendar to the month you are editing.
Click the Add Event button to open the form for manual entry.
You can also click any date on the calendar to open the event form with that date already selected.
On mobile calendar view, tap a date to view that day’s events, then use Add Event to create a new event for that date.
The Category Filter allows you to focus on one category at a time while temporarily hiding all other events.
When a category is selected, the Add Event form will automatically select that same category. This makes it easier to add several events in the same category without choosing it each time.
Focus mode stays active until you select another category, click Show All, or press the Esc key to release the filter.
Voice help content goes here.
Explain mic usage, permission prompts, and fallback.
KIT allows you to create events using either voice or text. Simply describe your event conversationally, and KIT will analyze the information and automatically place it into the appropriate form fields.
After processing, review the form and make any adjustments before saving. KIT does not create or save events automatically—it only helps populate the form with the information it can identify.
If information is missing, unclear, or cannot be determined, KIT will display a warning so you can quickly review and complete any required fields.
Some categories currently have more advanced support than others. Additional category-specific features and automation are being added and will continue to improve over time.
Click Sync Now to immediately publish the latest changes across the entire system, including the website, mobile app, Event Board, and Marquee displays.
This is recommended after adding, editing, or removing events when you want updates to appear right away.
The system also performs an automatic sync every hour, so changes will still be published even if a manual sync is not performed.
Select Featured to create a dedicated marquee slide for this event.
Select List (default) to include this event on the Special Events list slide alongside other upcoming events.
To help keep list slides full, featured events may also appear on the list slide when there are only a few upcoming Special Events.
